All B.Glad Bears are handcrafted and made to order. Due to the artisanal process, slight variations may occur, making each piece unique.

Order Processing & Shipping

Orders require 4-12 weeks for production before shipping. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email

Final Sale Policy

All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

We ship worldwide. Shipping times vary by location and are estimated at checkout. B.Glad Bears is not responsible for delays due to customs, weather, or courier issues. Any additional customs fees or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damages & Issues

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and product. We will assess the situation and determine the best course of action.
